August will be my month. My plans for August are:
Cardio 6-7 days a week.
Weight/ strength training 3-5 days a week.
Avoiding boredom eating.
Say no to food I don’t need.
Study and do homework when I need to…. :(
Be positive and stay strong.
I’m already really happy with my progress this month because I’ve already lost 1.5lbs :’)
